I. Scope of Application of This Policy
This Policy applies to the services we provide to you through the APP (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
It should be specially noted that this Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties, such as third-party services or websites you access through links in the APP. You understand that these services are independently provided to you by third parties, and those third parties will be solely responsible for the processing of your personal information in accordance with their own policies or user agreements.

- Proposal Generation: Through the text information and image information you input, we help you create video proposals. We will collect the text information you input in conversations and use large language models to analyze and identify text and images for video proposal creation.
- Storyboard Generation: Through the creative command text you input, we help you create storyboard images and storyboard videos. We will collect the text information you input in conversations and use large language models, text-to-image models, image-to-video models, etc., for video storyboard creation.
The above information is necessary for providing this Service. In accordance with legal requirements, we will adopt strict encryption measures during the collection, transmission, and storage of such information to ensure its security. We only provide image processing services and do not extract identifying information or use it for identification purposes.
- Ordering and Payment When you purchase our products and/or services, we need to collect some or all of the following personal information depending on the type of service, including: transaction service information, transaction amount, order time, order number, order status, payment method, payment status. We collect this information to help you complete the transaction smoothly, ensure transaction security, query order information, and provide customer service. This information is necessary for this function. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to participate in the above activities normally.
- Customer Service and Dispute Resolution When you contact us or submit a dispute resolution request, to ensure the security of your account and system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership identity. To facilitate communication with you, help resolve your issues as quickly as possible, or record the handling plans and results of related issues, we may retain your communication, correspondence/call records, and related content (including account information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or your contact information). - Improving and Optimizing Our Services During the use of the APP, we will collect your dialogue content within the APP, but such dialogue content will be anonymized and will not be associated with your account or other personal information. It is used for algorithmic research and optimization to improve our products or services.
Please note that we also collect, use, and share aggregated data, such as statistical data or structured data. Aggregated data may originate from your personal information but is not personal information because it does not directly or indirectly identify you. When you use the real-time video production function of this Product, this Product may obtain the following permissions from your terminal device, and you may choose to consent or refuse:
- Permission to Read External Storage
When you add images from your phone's photo album to this Product for use as a cover, we will need to obtain your device's READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to read external storage and collect image information (personal information) from your phone's storage space. This permission requires your authorization. If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Product and/or services. You may refuse when we request authorization, or close this permission through your device settings at any time.
- Permission to Write External Storage
When you need to save articles using the AI creation function, we will request access to your storage permission. If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Product and/or services. You may also close the storage permission at any time in your phone settings.

Cookies are small text data stored by the APP on your mobile device (such as phones, tablets), primarily used to record your login status, basic device information, etc. When you open the APP again, you can quickly restore your usage status without repeated login, enhancing operational convenience.
Technologies similar to cookies include: local storage objects (such as LocalStorage, SessionStorage), pixel tags, web beacons, device fingerprinting technology, and other technical means that can store or read information on your device.
The information collected by the above technologies will not be used to identify your personal identity and is only used to optimize the APP user experience, for example:

V. How We Store Your Personal Information
The personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We determine the retention period for personal information primarily based on the following criteria, whichever is longer:
- The period required to complete the business functions for which you have given consent;
- A longer retention period to which you have agreed;

VII. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We take the security of your personal information very seriously and have implemented security measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information.
- We have designated a dedicated personal information protection officer responsible for handling all matters related to personal information that may be involved in related products and services, as well as planning and formulating company policies, reviewing user agreements for each product, and supervising the working principles and information processing mechanisms of each product.
- We have conducted information security level protection classification assessments. In accordance with the requirements of information security level protection, we have formulated overall security policies and strategies, established security management systems covering hosts, data, applications, and management levels, established an information security management committee and an information security executive committee, clarified the responsibilities, division of labor, and skill requirements of each department and position within the security management organization, and formulated clear personnel recruitment and termination management specifications.
- We encrypt identifiable sensitive personal information during transmission and storage, with encryption intensity meeting security requirements to ensure data confidentiality. Our application systems provide functions such as identity authentication, unique user identification checking, and role-based access control. We use the HTTPS security protocol for communication, set maximum concurrent session connections, and can monitor and alert when service levels fall below predetermined minimums. We deploy access control mechanisms on the server side, apply the principle of least privilege to staff who may have access to your personal information, and regularly audit access personnel lists and access records. Our server operating systems and database systems have password complexity requirements. We use the SSH security protocol for remote management, strictly restrict access permissions for default accounts, modify default passwords, and maintain comprehensive audit records covering all users.

If server operating systems with publicly reported security issues are identified, we perform server security upgrades immediately to ensure the security of all server systems and applications.

After we delete your personal information from our servers, we may not immediately delete the corresponding data from our backup systems, but we will delete such information when the backups are updated.
